TALLAHASSEE, FL - On June 27, 2025, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Tracy Caruso and the reappointment of Daniel Epstein to the Palm Beach State College District Board of Trustees. 

Tracy Caruso

Caruso is the President and Owner of Delray Beach Executive Suites and Editor At-Large for Florida Jolt. Active in her community, she currently serves on the Palm Beach County Housing and Finance Authority and the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. Caruso earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from New York University. 

Daniel Epstein

Epstein is a Partner of Epstein & Co, LLC., the Vice President of American First Legal, an Advisor to the United States Department of Commerce, and an Associate Professor of Law at St. Thomas University. Active in his community, he currently serves as a Commissioner for the Fourth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission. Epstein earned his bachelor’s degree in political philosophy from Kenyon College, his juris doctor from Emory University, and his doctorate in political economy from George Washington University.  

These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
