ODENTON, Maryland (November 4, 2025) – Graze Craze®, the nation’s leader in beautifully designed charcuterie boards and boxes, is now open in the Academy Junction Plaza at 8383 Piney Orchard Parkway. The new 975-square-foot store is owned and operated by Air Force veteran Sarah Peck, and food-service professional Kareem Riviears, a dynamic couple bringing the brand’s signature grazing experience to Anne Arundel County.

Peck and Riviears discovered Graze Craze through Vetrepreneur, an organization that helps veterans and their families realize their entrepreneurial dreams. Their partnership with a veteran-supportive brand made the opportunity even more meaningful.

“We’re thrilled to open the Fort Meade area’s first Graze Craze and introduce our neighbors to an experience that truly brings people together,” said Peck, who previously served as an Arabic linguist and intelligence analyst in the U.S. Air Force. “The camaraderie I found in the military often formed around shared meals. Graze Craze captures that same spirit – celebrating community, connection, and joy through food.”  

“Food has always been a love language for me,” added Riviears, who is originally from Trinidad & Tobago and brings more than 20 years of culinary and management experience to the store. “Our boards blend global flavors with local warmth. We want every guest to feel like family from the moment they walk in.”

A Fresh Take on Grazing

At Graze Craze, expert Grazologists™ design each board to balance flavor, color, and texture using premium meats and cheeses, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and house-made dips, sauces, and jams. The Odenton menu includes:

·         The Gone Grazey – a classic assortment of meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments for the perfect balance of savory and sweet.

·         Sweet & Grazey – a dessert lover’s dream featuring chocolate, cookies, fruits, and indulgent dips.

·         The Vegegrazian – a vibrant vegetarian option packed with seasonal produce and bold, fresh flavors.

Boards are available in a variety of sizes—from single-serving boxes and date-night platters to abundant event spreads—and are made fresh to order for pickup or local delivery. Custom orders are always welcome.

Meet the Owners

Originally from Pawling, New York, Sarah Peck built a career in defense intelligence, real estate, legal technology, and business consulting before turning her passion for hospitality into a local business. Kareem Riviears, with two decades in the food industry, has worked his way from dishwasher and chef to general manager. Together, they are committed to creating a welcoming, community-focused gathering place that celebrates diversity and good food.

Grand Opening Celebration – November 13, 2025

The public is invited to celebrate Graze Craze Odenton’s official grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, November 13, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., in partnership with the Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce. Guests can enjoy complimentary samples, giveaways, and a first look at the new store.
