Family-owned shop brings handcrafted graze boards and boxes to Northern Colorado

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (Sept. 30, 2025) – Graze Craze®, the rapidly growing brand known for its artfully arranged charcuterie boards and graze-style catering, opened its newest location in Fort Collins. The new store, located at 706 S. College Ave., offers Northern Colorado a creative, fresh way to entertain, with visually appealing, customizable grazing boards that can elevate any kind of gathering, large or small.   

Owned and operated by Emily Treglia, a hospitality professional with deep roots in the restaurant and events industry, Graze Craze Fort Collins marks a new chapter in her dream of owning a business. The store is a family-run venture with support from her brother and parents.

“This is more than a business, it’s a passion project for our family,” said Treglia. “We love bringing people together, and Graze Craze lets us be part of those celebrations. We get to be creative every day and connect with our community through food; that’s the best part.”

Graze Craze boards are thoughtfully designed by trained Grazologists™ using premium meats, cheeses, fresh produce, house-made dips, sweet treats, and more. Each offering is crafted for flavor, balance, and artful presentation, perfect for celebrations, gifts, business meetings, or casual get-togethers. The Graze Craze Fort Collins menu includes signature favorites:

• Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more—the best way to sample a little of everything.

• Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.

• Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.

Boards are available in a variety of sizes, from a date night or small gathering, to a large spread fit for parties and events. Custom orders are welcome, and every board is made fresh to order. Available for in-store pickup and local delivery.

Grand Opening Celebration
Graze Craze Fort Collins will host an official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony in partnership with the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, October 22nd from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  The public is invited to attend and enjoy complimentary samples, giveaways, and a first look at the new space.
