GREENSBORO, N.C.— Guilford County Schools (GCS) today announced that Office Depot is donating $19,964.25 to be divided among ten Guilford County Public Schools. On Monday, GCS, accompanied by district managers from Office Depot, surprised the schools by delivering nearly $2,000 each to be spent on supplies in local Office Depot and OfficeMax stores.

Office Depot leveraged its retail footprint and partnership with Round It Up America^® to provide back-to-school shoppers and business clients with the opportunity to support Title I schools across the country. Thanks to the generosity shown by Office Depot and OfficeMax clients from July through September, nearly $2.2 million was collected to benefit Title I schools nationwide, including the following ten GSC schools:

-Bessemer Elementary School

-Bluford STEM Academy

-Cone Elementary School

-Fairview Elementary School

-Falkener Elementary School

-Gillespie Park Elementary School

-Parkview Village Elementary School

-Peck Elementary School

-Washington Montessori Elementary School

-Wiley Elementary School
