This class is perfect for the beginner and all abilities as modifications and variations are provided to fit your own needs.

Help condition your whole body for real-life activities with real-life movements. Focus on integrating your muscles to work together rather than isolating them to work independently. Class includes a dynamic warm-up, total body strengthening, core flexibility, and social conditioning.

Parkinson's Artisans is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating opportunities that provide therapeutic and life enrichment benefits to person's with Parkinson's disease.

Through a series of art-based programs such as drawing, painting, choral singing and jazz band, this program helps improve fine motor control, visuospatial function, voice strength and quality, as well as self-esteem.
