Hale Senior Activity Center
Drop in and join us! Condition your whole body for real-life activities with real-life movements. Focus on integrating muscles to work together rather than isolating them to work independently.
Class includes a dynamic warm-up, total body strengthening, core flexibility and social conditioning.
All fitness levels welcome - modifications and variations may be provided.
Chair Volleyball

Hale Senior Activity Center
It's just like volleyball but instead uses a beach ball and chairs, and caters to the activity level of older adults. It's a great way to enjoy a little exercise, have fun, and socialize with others.
Chair Volleyball will not meet on July 19 due to the monthly luncheon event.
