Don't miss this hysterical experience that will heighten your awareness of the therapeutic benefits and restorative values of laughter. This program involves prolonged voluntary and is based on the scientific evidence that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter, including cardiovascular health and mood.
