Hot Chocolate Stroll Recap!
We were feeling festive down at 48 Hudson. Last weekend our wonderful board members and staff served mulled cider inspired cocoa to over 250 visitors as a part of the Downtown Albany Hot Chocolate Stroll at our frosty little 1728 Dutch house. Many visitors were excited to stop in for a peek as they often walk past or work near by and have always been curious to see inside. Board members also gave house tours and ran a pop up Parts Warehouse shop, filling the house with people. Watch for our First Friday tour dates starting back up in March!
2024 is HAF's 50th anniversary year. We have a year full of events to commemorate. We are looking for interns who would like to help with events, programs, research, PR, marketing and more!

End of Year Tax Credit Investment
As we are nearing the end of 2023, now is the perfect time to do an end of year investment in the restoration project at 48 Hudson Ave. Recently, HAF has received over $2.2M in grant funds for our restoration work at the Van Ostrande-Radliff House. The last piece of the puzzle is investment in the NYS and Federal Rehabilitation Tax Credits. We have already had several investors at the minimum investment level and up, each contributing an amount that is meaningful to them.
