December 1, 2022
From: The Holbrook Public LibraryHolbrook Library Newsletter - December 2022
December has arrived at the Holbrook Library and the staff is feeling festive! The month will be filled with Grab and Go Crafts, Holiday Fun, our friends the Kindness Elves will be here for a visit, and we are featuring a special performance by History At Play (tm) LLC. No matter which holiday you celebrate, there will be something for everyone to see or do!
Happy Holidays from all of us at the Holbrook Library!
December Kindness
Warm Hands, Warm Hearts
With the cold weather just around the corner, the library wants to spread the warmth to those in need this winter. Our Giving Tree is hoping to be filled with donations of new hats, gloves, mittens, and scarves. At the end of the month, everything will be donated to Community organizations which offer help to our neighbors and friends.
Please help us fill our Tree with Kindness.
Good Night, Sleep Tight**
Holbrook Middle senior High School student, Geovany Cohen, is holding a donation drive as part of his Capstone project. Geo is collecting new Childrens' pajamas, blankets, and books. All donated items will be brought to local shelters which are helping those in need this winter. Donations may be dropped off at the Library until December 16.
