10:00am - 4:00pm: Rickert Studio Negative Collection at Huntington County History and Education:
Come check out Rickert Studio collection negatives and see if your senior photos, wedding or family photos are here. Donations accepted for your negatives go to the Huntington County Historical Society.
7:00pm: Little Miss and Junior Miss Heritage Days Pageant at Crestview Middle School:
Huntington County girls ages 5 to 12 will compete for the title of Little Miss & Junior Miss Heritage Days. Contestants are judged on personality, photogenics and modeling. Tickets are $5 (three & under are free) and may be obtained from contestants and at the door.
5:00pm: Poor Jack Amusements at Cherry Street and around the city building.
Sponsor: Huntington County Chamber of Commerce. Amusement rides and games for the entire family. Height restrictions on some rides.
Ticket prices: $1.50 each, or 20 for $25

Wise Guys Downtown will host the Heritage Days Brat Tent. This event will be held in the parking lot behind Wise Guys between Washington and Market Streets. Live music from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
5:00pm - 9:00pm Heritage Days Car, Truck and Bike Show
Sponsored by: MetroNet Registration open from 3 to 6:30 p.m. Participants enter at intersection of Jefferson and Park Drive. Show 5 to 9 p.m., awards 8:30 p.m. dash plaques and goody bags for the first 75 cars. Top 20 Awards (80 & older, 81 & newer) 8 - 'Best of' Awards; family-friendly, local restaurants will be open. This show is open to all makes, models and years. (Registration forms are available at the Chamber office 305 Warren Street, 8-4 M-F) and online at

5:15pm: Junior Achievement (JA) 6th Annual Duck Race at Jefferson Street Bridge
Sponsored by: Junior Achievement Serving Huntington County and JA Serving Wabash County. The first three ducks to cross the finish line will win cash prizes. $1,000, $250 & $100. Advance purchased required; you do not need to be present to win. Tickets are available from any JA board member serving Huntington County, Bippus State Bank, 150 Hauenstein Road; Community Link FCU, 325 Etna Avenue, or contact through Facebook Messenger at JA/Huntington.

Sponsor: Huntington County Chamber of Commerce. Parade begins at the corner of N. Jefferson and MacGahan
Streets, travels south on N. Jefferson, straight through the downtown area. Parade route ends at Jefferson and State Streets next to the Courthouse. Judges and commentators.

1:00pm - 5:00pm: "Bear Hunt"
Sponsored by: Izaak Walton League, 470 Hauenstein Rd. Cost: $5. Ages: Babies to young adults. The Izaak Walton Huntington Chapter is hosting their annual Teddy Bear Hunt. A great event for kids and families. Bear hunters buy a $5 hunting license to search the trails for a teddy bear to adopt for a good home. Smokey the Bear, firefighters, and DNR officers help kids search, practice using fire extinguishers and fill out adoption papers. Hunting passes include a meal and a goodie bag. There is face painting, bounce house, obstacle course, bear crawl, water balloons & more! There will be a 7'7" teddy bear door prize.
3:00pm - 7:00pm 20th Annual Huntington County Disaster Team at Huntington North High School, 450 MacGahan Street
Car & Truck Show(Register at entrance on MacGahan Street). Entry fee $15. Registration opens at 2 p.m. and is open until 5 p.m. Dash plaques for first 100 registered, door prizes given out at registration. Awards presented at 8 p.m. with DJ Dick Smart of Smart Productions. 5 P.M. Pulling for Riley – Kiddie Tractor Pull at Kids Zone, Huntington North High School
Sponsored by: Beacon Credit Union. Registration/weigh-in at 4:30 p.m. Tractor Pull will begin at 5 p.m. Four weight classes for boys and girls: up to 44 lbs., 45-59 lbs., 60-74 lbs. and 75-100 lbs. Awards given for top three in each class. No fee to enter, accepting donations to Riley Children’s Hospital; children must have an adult present to participate.
5:00pm: Getting Healthy at the Lake, Lake Clare Pavilion
Come and join others on the obstacle course for kids up to 18 years old. There will also be a Paddleboard race for children 14 to 18 years of age. Free to all participants.

Sponsored by: Truitt Law Office. Truitt Law Office will offer free bicycle helmets to the first 200 kids to visit the booth during the Kids Zone. Participants can also register to win a brand-new child's bicycle. Helmets are available while supplies last.

Sponsored by: LaFontaine Arts Council. JeFFFest is a free to attend. Featuring fabulous music, fun food and fine art. Music will be performed by the HNHS Jazz Band, Erie Jazz Band and more! Food tickets are sold in $1 increments to be used for purchasing food items (cash/card accepted for tickets and auction items). A small canvas silent auction will be held at the Art Center. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. and early bird bidding starts on June 10 during gallery hours. Canvases may be purchased at 32 E. Franklin Street, during normal business hours. Create and return your masterpiece by June 7.
