From: Easton Community CenterDear Members of the Community,
We hope this message finds you well.
We regret to inform you that the Easton Community Center’s Oktoberfest event, scheduled for Saturday, October 5, has been canceled due to insufficient ticket sales.
We poured our hearts into this event, envisioning an evening filled with laughter, music, and connection among friends and family.
Please know that this decision was not made lightly.
Our team explored every possibility to make the event viable, and we truly appreciate those of you who expressed interest and enthusiasm for Oktoberfest. For those of you who purchased tickets, our office staff will be contacting you directly regarding a refund. Your support means the world to us.
Unfortunately, the level of participation and sponsorship we received was not sufficient to make Oktoberfest the successful and enjoyable experience we envisioned for our community. As a nonprofit organization, we are not in a position to run an event at a loss.
As we move forward, we are exploring new ways to engage with you. We believe in the strength of our community and are dedicated to creating events that resonate with your interests and needs. We would love to hear your ideas for future gatherings and activities that can bring us all together.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming programs and events.
If you have any questions or would like to learn about other ways to contribute to future efforts, please feel free to reach out to us at 203-459-9700 or [email protected].
