7:00 pm: There's Still Tomorrow By Paola Cortellesi

In post-war Rome, a city torn between its newfound liberation and the miserable aftermath of WWII, Delia is seemingly resigned to her traditional role of wife and mother. Her husband Ivano is the undisputed master of the family. Delia sees her daughter Marcella's engagement to her middle-class boyfriend, Giulio, as Marcella's chance to avoid the same fate as her. Everything suddenly changes when a mysterious letter arrives and ignites Delia's courage to challenge convention and start wishing for a better life – and not just for herself.
There's Still Tomorrow is one of the top ten highest-grossing films ever in Italy.

7:00 pm: The Commander By Edoardo De Angelis

At the beginning of WWII, Salvatore Todaro commands the Italian Royal Navy submarine Cappellini. One dark night in October 1940, while navigating in the Atlantic, the Cappellini comes upon the armed Belgian merchant ship Kabalo sailing without lights. A brief but fierce battle ensues in which the Cappellini crew sink the enemy ship. Commander Todaro then makes a decision that will go down in history.

7:00 pm: LILIANA By Ruggero Gabbai

Liliana is a documentary that gathers Senator-for-life Liliana Segre's testimony of her arrest, deportation, and poignant final farewell to her father. The film is built around the juxtapositions, cross-references, and contrasts between the historical record and a contemporary portrait of one of the most important women on the Italian scene. It highlights lesser-known aspects of the Senator, revealing a modern cultural and political figure who is passionate about conveying a message of freedom and equality to the younger generations.

7:00 pm: Duse, The Greatest By Sonia Bergamasco

On the 100th anniversary of her death, Sonia Bergamasco takes us on an investigation into the actress who forever changed her profession, inspiring subsequent generations of actors. How can a woman of whom one silent film and a few photos and portraits remain still be so influential? La Divina beyond the myth.

7:00 pm: Gloria! by Margherita Vicario

Late 1700s. Teresa, nicknamed "the Mute" because she never speaks and no one knows where she is from, is a maid tasked with the humblest chores at Sant'Ignazio College, a religious institution for girls near Venice. There, residents are musically trained by stern chapel master Perlina.
One day, a local craftsman gifts the Institute a modern and immediately distrusted instrument: a piano. Relegated to the basement, Teresa finds it and begins to explore the keys, unlocking her musical talents and attracting the attention of the girls upstairs. When news arrives of an imminent visit by the Pope, the Institution is thrown into chaos. With Perlina distracted, the girls gather secretly, taking turns on the piano where they begin to compose something new and exciting

Calabria, 1940. Marta and Michele are in love. But Michele does not return from the war and Marta, who became pregnant before he left, gives birth to little Michelangelo. To save the family's honor, her father promises her in marriage to Gino, a man she doesn't love, an older widower with two children.
During the preparations, Marta meets Lorenzo, the parish priest's assistant, known in the village as "the wedding man, for his refined taste used to help brides plan their big day. Despite initial reticence, a deep friendship soon develops between the two, and Marta begins to imagine a different world in which she can live with freedom and dignity.

7:00 pm: The Time it Takes By Francesco Comencini

During the 1970s, a father and daughter share a passion for cinema. The father is Luigi Comencini, the famous film and television director, who is on the set of his film Pinocchio; the daughter is his third child, Francesca. During her teens, she becomes addicted to drugs, and her father feels he must give "The Time it Takes" to help her overcome her addiction. Later, Francesca begins to work with her father. Determined to become a director herself, she tells
him about her first feature film project.
