September 1, 2024 - Salute to Safety
(All active duty-veteran-retired Military, Police, Fire, and EMS personnel are admitted free of charge with proper ID/pay stub at the box office. A valid ID must accompany a pay stub. Military IDs accepted; DD214, Veteran Status State IDs, Active Military issue.) Don't miss our ceremony before the 5:00 p.m. joust to honor our heroes and recognize their important contributions.

4:00 p.m.: The KRF Annual CLEAVAGE Contest on the King's Stage (18+)
Faire ladies of the realm are invited to be daring, without baring! A series of competitions makes this celebration of the female form a hilariously fun time for participants and spectators alike. The contest allows 50 contestants max, 18+. Registration 30 minutes before at the Maypole between the King's Stage and Queen's Stage.

"Lace 'em Up" Corset Wearing Workshop
(18+) Lace 'em up lessons from some of the realm's favorite clothiers. No registration is required.

Fandom in the Kingdom Weekend

All day: Magical HP House Meetups
Join fellow Potterheads for meetups at various Faire locations - check your House listings at the Remembrance Shoppe when you arrive for details, all ages are welcome!

4:00 p.m.: HP Sorting Hat on the King's Stage
Want to know what “House” you truly belong to? Now you can! Meet on the King's Stage for a fast-moving hat sorting for all ages! No pre-registration is required. This is a timed event, and it is possible that not everyone who shows up will be able to participate.

Costume Parade to the Tournament Field
At the conclusion of the Hat Sorting, all persons wearing Potter-themed costumes are invited to show them off in a parade to… and through the Tournament field!

Weekend 4: All's Faire In Love and War!

September 21, 2024

4:00 p.m.: Vow Renewal Ceremony on the King's Stage
The romantic event allows 25 couples on the stage, but you may participate from the audience as well! Registration 30 minutes before at the Maypole between the King's Stage and Queen's Stage.

September 22, 2024

4:00 p.m.: Viking Tug O'War on the Tournament Field
Ages 18+ only to compete, but spectators of all ages welcome!
Tugged back by popular demand, this contest of strength and skill (and strategy!) will decide which team is the wimp, and which is the warrior. Does your squad have what it takes?
First eight teams of up to ten people who sign up in front of the King's Mural on the Joust Field will be able to compete. Meet in front of the King's Nuts... ha ha! Sorry... no kids allowed, adults only!

Weekend 5: Legends of Lore Weekend Witch Dance & Lord of the Rings Fandom

September 28, 2024 - Witch Dance

4:45 p.m.: Come see the originators of the dance, German Witch Troupe- Wolfshäger Hexenbrüt. Several original members will make their U.S. debut on the Tournament Field with local witch enthusiasts. September 29, 2024 - Lord of the Rings Fandom

4:00 p.m.: Relay Race and Ring Toss Tournament on the Tournament Field - Costume Parade to follow.

Enter this new tourney and enjoy a lively game of speed and skill, with a "precious" costume parade to follow. Registration 30 minutes before at the King's Nuts at 3:30 p.m.

Weekend 6: Gamer's Guild Weekend

October 5-October 6, 2024

10:30 a.m. - 3:00p.m.: Register at Dragonfly's Realm (Booth #43, just inside front entrance) for 1-hour, 10-person, mini campaigns. Space is limited- first come-first served.

4:00 p.m.: KRF Dungeons & Gaming Campaign a Live Action Gaming Contest on the King's Stage.

D&D fans will not want to miss two full days of campaign fun!

Weekend 7: Highland Happenings

October 12, 2024

4:00 p.m.: Highland Hunks, Men in Kilts Contest on the King's Stage

You won't want to miss our annual "Highland Hunks: Men in Kilts" contest on the King's Stage on Saturday, October 5th at 4:00p. (Note this is an 18+ show!)

Men of the realm are invited to be daring without baring in this hilarious series of competitions celebrating the male form - fun for participants and spectators alike! Limit 50 contestants max, must be 18+ to enter with ID.

Register to participate 30 minutes before the contest at the maypole between the King's and Queen's stages.

4:00 p.m.: KRF Highland Games on the Tournament Field (18+) This high-stakes Tournament Field Competition is a series of classic Highland games with a KRF twist! Do you have what it takes? 50 contestants max. Guests with medical or physical limitations should not compete, and do so at their own risk. Registration takes place 30 minutes beforehand at "The King's Nuts" at the Tournament Field.

Weekend 8: Fantasy Finale

October 19, 2024

2:00 p.m.: Childrens' Costume Parade on the Dance Stage following the Knighting Ceremony (ages 11 and under please)

4:00 p.m.: Adult Costume Contest on the King's Stage

You won't want to miss our annual Adult Costume Contest on the King's Stage (Note this is an 18+ contest but all are welcome to watch!)

Limit 50 contestants max, must be 18+ to enter with ID.
