To begin the weekend of practice with an inspired 90 minute practice that will begin by creating a soundscape of ambient guitar, providing the backdrop for the "sound" practice

7:00 P M- 8:30 PM : OPENING FIRE CEREMONY WITH PRERANA - Nautical Convention Center

The weekend will begin with an interactive fire ceremony led by Prerana. This sets the intention for a weekend of yoga and possible transformation.

6:30 AM - 8:00 AM : Mindful Sunrise Walk & Qi Gong

Meeting at the Nautical Convention Center, a mindful walk to the edge of the Island to practice Qi Gong and watch the sun rise.

8:30 AM - 0:00 AM : Strength & Healing Through Movement With Kelli

A fusion of power and feminine shakti energy designed to build up the body.

6:30 AM - 8:00 AM : Ecstatic Dance With Meesh

Movement oriented class to encourage looking inward.
