(Oct. 23, 2025) – Tanger Kansas City at Legends, formerly Legends Outlets Kansas City, will celebrate its official name change and bring the full benefits of Tanger’s national TangerClub shopper loyalty and savings program to the Kansas City community. On Nov. 1, guests are invited to join the TangerClub Launch Party from noon to 3 p.m., with activities including a DJ, a fashion caricature sketch artist, a DIY patch station and photo opportunities. Shoppers can also step inside a giant handbag for photo-worthy moments and the chance to “catch the savings” with wind-blown store coupons, prizes and gift cards up for grabs.

With the open-air outlet center now part of the Tanger family, Kansas City shoppers will have access to the TangerClub guest loyalty program and consumer mobile app, which enables local shoppers to access tailored offers and deals digitally. TangerClub rewards members every time they shop, play and dine at any of Tanger's shopping centers. By joining online or downloading the Tanger App, guests can get instant savings and member-only benefits on their favorite brands, with access to increased perks at each reward level.

Starting Nov. 1, Kansas City shoppers will also have access to Tanger’s digital customer service experience, which offers a more convenient way to get information and plan visits to the center. The simple, user-friendly text program allows guests to communicate with Tanger virtual concierge representatives from anywhere on property by texting 743.233.9717 during the hours of 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. from Monday – Saturday and 9 a.m. – 8pm on Sundays.
