8:00 a.m: 4-H/FFA and Open Class Horses entered and in place.
8:30 a.m: All Open Class Classes will begin
Open Showmanship
Open Halter
Open Class Walk/Trot and Lead Line
Open Class Horsemanship
Open Class Reining
Open Class Trail (Open for Competition All Day)

8:30 a.m: 4-H/FFA Written Test will begin
Following the completion of open class and the conclusion of the written test:
4-H/FFA Horse Showmanship
4-H/FFA Horse Halter Classes
Saddle Change
4-H/FFA Hunt Seat Equitation
Saddle Chage
4-H/FFA Horsemanship
4-H/FFA Reining
4-H/FFA Horse Timed Classes
4-H/FFA Trail (Open for Competition All Day)

8:30 a.m: 4-H/FFA and Open Class Ranch Horse Show
Order of Events will be sent out with patterns.
Events will include:
Cutting
Ranch Sorting
Ranch Riding
Ranch Horsemanship
Individual Cow Work
Ranch Trail 

Saturday, August 2, 2025

9:00 a.m: Interview Judging of all General 4-H
Projects, FFA Ag Mechanics, and Interviews for Dog
Project Class. 

10:00 a.m: 4-H/FFA Display Booths/Boards,
Scrapbooks, and Other 4-H Club Books Due. Dog
Project record books due. 

Monday, August 4, 2025

Fair Building will be Closed
10:00 a.m: Rabbit Check-In and Weigh-In. Followed by Rabbit Show
1:30 p.m: Poultry Check In and Weigh-in. Followed by Poultry Show
5:00 p.m: 4-H/Open Class Fashion Revue in Ellis Allen Building
5:30 p.m: Royalty Try-Outs (Part 2)-Speeches (following Fashion Revue)
7:00 p.m: Lincoln County Adult Night

8:00 a.m: All livestock can begin arriving.
10:00 a.m: 4-H/FFA Sheep Check-in and Weigh-in
1:30 p.m: PeeWee, Open Class, and 4-H/FFA Sheep Show
4:30 p.m: 4-H/FFA Beef, Meat Goats and Swine in place
4:45 p.m: All Livestock Exhibitors meet with Superintendents
5:00 p.m: Beef, Meat Goat and Swine Weigh-in (Market
Beef must be declared for the ultrasound contest at weigh-in)
6:00 p.m: Ranch Rodeo
6:30 p.m: 4-H/FFA Livestock Judging Come and Go Fun Contest

9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m: Fair Building Open and Open Class Indoor Entries Taken

10:00 a.m: Pee Wee, Open Class, and 4-H/FFA Dairy
Goat and Breeding Meat Goat Show 4-H/FFA Meat Goat
Showmanship 4-H/FFA Meat Goat Market Show

12:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m: All Photos of Market Sale Rabbits, Poultry, Goats and Sheep are to be taken.
12:00 p.m: Vendors may setup in the indoor building.
1:30 p.m: (or 1 hour following Goat Show if longer) - Open Class and 4-H Dog Show
3:00 p.m: All Swine exhibitors meet with Superintendent.

4:00 p.m: (or 30 minutes following dog show) Open Class, PeeWee and Breeding Swine Show 4-H/FFA 
Swine Showmanship 4-H/FFA Market Swine Show

4:30 p.m: All Photos of Market Sale Swine will be taken immediately after the conclusion of the swine show.
6:00 p.m: Fair Building and Open Class Indoor Entries Closed
6:00 p.m: Women’s Ranch Rodeo
7:30 p.m: Scott Brown Concert- Performing Under the Awning

7:00 a.m - 9:30 a.m: Lincoln County Cattlewomen Free Beef
Breakfast (Southwest of Rodeo Arena)

7:00 a.m - 9:30 a.m: Check in Ranchers Pen of 3 (heifers)
9:00 a.m: Judging of Open Class Indoor Exhibits
9:30 a.m: Ranchers Pen of 3 Judging
10:00 a.m: Dairy Cattle Show
11:00 a.m: PeeWee, Open Class, Bucket Calf, and 4-H/FFA Breeding Beef Show

2:00 p.m: (or 30 minutes following Breeding Show)
Beef Showmanship 4-H/FFA Market Beef Show- All
Photos of Market Sale Beef will be taken immediately after the conclusion of the beef show

4:30 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Multi-species Rabies Vaccinations - $15 per vaccination Provided by Eastern Colorado
Veterinary Service (dogs, cats, horses, cattle, goats, sheep)

5:00 p.m - 7:00 p.m: Lincoln County Stockman’s Steak
Fry/Homemade cobbler donated by Lincoln
County Cattle Women and Eastern Plains
Cowbelles and Friends Benefit Auction

7:00 p.m: Lincoln County Youth Night (Youth -18yrs. and Under) Entries due Monday of Fair by 6 pm or Entries Double.

8:00 a.m: Fair Building Open
9:00 a.m: Junior Livestock Sale Consignments Close
9:00 a.m-12:00p.m. 4-H/FFA Beef Ultrasounds
9:00 a.m: 4-H/FFA Round Robin
1:00 p.m: Pocket Pets (Youth Under 8), youth must be able to talk to Judge. (Under covered area next to Fair Office)
1:00 p.m: 4-H/FFA exhibitor check in meeting with superintendents and livestock sale set up
3:00 p.m: Livestock exhibitors must be checked out with the superintendents before 4pm on Friday, even if livestock are leaving after the sale.
4:00 p.m: Junior Livestock Sale and Buyer’s BBQ
6:30 p.m: Mutton Bustin – See "Rodeo and Track Events" 
7:30 p.m: PRCA Rodeo
7:30 p.m: Fair Building Closed 

Saturday, August 9, 2025

There will be NO 4-H or Open Class Animals for Public Viewing
9:00 a.m: Parade Entries Judged
9:00 a.m: Final Livestock (Floor) Consignments Due
10:00 a.m: Parade Downtown
10:00 a.m: Fair Building Open
12:00 p.m: Mutton Bustin – See "Rodeo and Track Events" For More Info
1:00 p.m. All livestock and equipment must be removed from the barns and all pens must cleaned by1:00pm
1:30 p.m: Horse Races - See "Rodeo and Track Events" For More Info
1:30 p.m: PRCA Rodeo
2:00 p.m - 4:00 p.m: Release of All Indoor Exhibits (Open Class and 4-H and FFA) and Vendor tear down in the building
4:00 p.m: Exhibit Building Closes
