From: Los Angeles, Italia Film, Fashion and Art FestFor the seventh consecutive year Intesa Sanpaolo - the première bank of Italian cinema and international promoter of the “Made in Italy” brand and of Italian image and culture abroad - is supporting the Los Angeles, Italia Festival organized by Istituto Capri nel Mondo together with the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Tourism and ICE, the Italian Trade Agency. It is to be held from 3 to 9 March. The 2024 Festival, chaired by producer Raffaella De Laurentiis and by the director Michelle Danner, will honor director Matteo Garrone for the Academy Awardnominated international feature “Io Capitano”. The event, which introduces the famous night of the Oscars and promotes Italian cinema around the world, has a varied and very full program, which includes an “Italian Masters” section by Intesa Sanpaolo. Director Lina Sastri is the Italian Master being celebrated at the 2024 edition of the Festival, with the world premiere of her work “La casa di Ninetta” being screened on March 3. The famous artist will be in attendance and will introduce the film to the audience in the hall.
