From: Los Angeles OperaGot A Long List of Ex-Lovers...
What happens when you break one heart too many?
His latest conquest ended in murder, and now serial seducer Don Giovanni is on the run from the law (and from all the women he’s wronged). LA Opera kicks off a new season this Fall with Mozart's greatest drama: the darkly funny Don Giovanni.
Maestro James Conlon conducts a star-studded cast, with Grammy Award-winning baritone Lucas Meachem as opera's favorite scoundrel opposite fellow Grammy Award winner Isabel Leonard as the devoted Donna Elvira.
This new-to-LA production stuns with scenery from Es Devlin, known for her work with the world's leading opera houses...not to mention set design for Beyonce, Jay Z, U2, and LA's iconic Super Bowl halftime show featuring Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and 50 Cent.
Don Giovanni is onstage for just six performances starting September 23. Tickets start at $24,
