6:00pm - Speakeasy at Hayride Scandal with High West

Join us at 6pm on Thursday, Sept 12th for a good old-fashioned speakeasy night with High West Distillery at Hayride Scandal!

LBF and High West will host a 1920s-style Speakeasy event at Hayride Scandal. If you aren’t familiar with High West, they are one of the premier distilleries in the world, producing Midwinter Night’s Dram, High West Double Rye, Highwest American Prairie Bourbon and many other fantastic whiskeys. Attendees are sure to have some great cocktails, some fantastic pours and maybe even get to try some of the fantastic limited releases that are so coveted in the American whiskey market.

6:00pm - VIP Dinner at Beausoleil with Old Elk

This special tasting dinner will be held at 6pm, Friday at the Beausoleil restaurant, hosted by Old Elk Distillery!

LBF and Old Elk will host a VIP dinner at Beausoleil Coastal Cuisine, featuring a four-course, gourmet meal with custom-paired cocktails and neat pours especially planned just for this grand night. You will never get another chance to experience these unique flavors together! Old Elk CEO and Baton Rouge native, Luis Gonzales will be our host to lead us through the pairings to maximize diners enjoyment of the meal, drinks and pairings.

10:00am-12:15pm - Morning Informational Sessions

12:15pm-1:30pm - Lunch break
Take some time to chill, grab a bite, hydrate, and get ready for the afternoon of boozy knowledge.

2:00pm-6:00pm - Afternoon Informational Sessions

7:00pm-10:00pm - Grand Tasting
We will finish off the day with a night of amazing drinks at the Grand Tasting where everyone will be able to sample from 40+ participating vendors. We have gotten the best distilleries from around the country for our event. You won’t want to miss this!
