Join us for a relaxing hour of creative play at Outdoor Doodle Club for Adults! We'll have a different doodle prompt each time we meet, or do your own thing. Use the supplies provided or bring your own! This is not a drawing class, it's just an hour to let your mind wander over the paper.
No drawing skills are required!
Email Bri at [email protected] for weather-related scheduling updates and specific location details.
Bring your knitting project and hang out with other knitters. Don't know how to knit yet? Cindy will teach you!

Come get crafty with us! Bring your own chair or picnic blanket and your craft of choice (we'll have adult coloring books available if you're not sure what to bring) and spend some time with other crafters. Click here for more information.
"Portraits and Dreams" revisits photographs created by Kentucky school children in the 1970s and the place where their photos were made. Photographer and artist Wendy Ewald, who guided the students in making their visionary photographs, returns to Kentucky and learns how the lives and visions of her former students have changed.
Please CLICK HERE to register so we can plan accordingly.
Space is limited. Click here for more information and to register.
The Sketchbook Exchange Project was started in early 2021 as a way to make art together without leaving our homes. We had no idea it would be such a hit and that we'd all still be so excited about it more than two years later. If you like a creative challenge, this could be for you! Email Bri at [email protected] or stop by to see her at the reference desk to see what The Sketchbook Exchange Project is all about! New participants are ALWAYS welcome!
Programs for Teens & Tweens

Challenge your friends or test your skills against other players, and see if you can last to the end! There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Controllers will be available, but you can bring your own if you prefer.

The Summer Reading Challenge Count Down is on! Join us Saturday, June 24th from 10-3 to pick up your materials, but we recommend you come between 1 and 3 p.m. so you can pet the baby goats! You can also say Hi to Teen Librarian Erica if you can get her out of the goat pen, which honestly seems quite unlikely. She really loves baby goats.
Planning for the Youth Out Loud Summer Series is still happening, so bookmark this website, and this one, 'cause you don't wanna miss a thing!
