Introducing

CHEF ANDREA IMPERO

Michelin-Starred. Rome, London, Vladivostok, Moscow, Umbria.

It is not every day, nor every year, that we have the honor and privilege to bring such an accomplished Italian chef to NTF. Andrea's culinary talents were honed early on, and he made his mark one after another in Michelin star restaurants around the world. He is now the Executive Chef at ELEMENTI in Perugia, the capital of Umbria, where he continues to reinvent the concept of Umbrian cuisine.

Andrea will bring his refined and reinvented Umbrian cooking to NTF. Come savor his renowned truffle dishes at these two events at the 2025 festival:

Truffles & Wine Dinner

The evening begins with a reception featuring Roederer Estate's classic sparkling wine served with elegant truffle canapes. Then savor a superb five-course truffle menu with each Michelin chef creating a course. All will be impeccably paired with some of the world's finest library and reserve wines, hand-selected by Chef Ken Frank and his team of sommeliers to complement the extraordinary and complex flavors of the black truffle dishes.

DIG TRUFFLES? LUNCH DETAILS HERE

This is a milestone year as we anticipate we may be able to use ultra-fresh Napa/Sonoma harvested Périgord black truffles for the very first time in our festival history. Considering that truffles have a half life of only five days, this becomes a game changer. You’ll be able to taste for yourself how much more potent and aromatic these locally harvested truffles are, compared to those imported from Europe.
