DIG TRUFFLES! LUNCH DETAILS HERE
This is a milestone year as we anticipate we’ll be able to use ultra-fresh Napa/Sonoma harvested Périgord black truffles for the very first time in our festival history. Considering that truffles have a half life of only five days, this becomes a game changer. You’ll be able to taste for yourself how much more potent and aromatic these locally harvested truffles are, compared to those imported from Europe.
