MoCA on the Move @ Met Park

We’re back at Met Park every Sunday with live music, light snacks, and hands-on art making activities for the whole family. Held on the “central green” at Metropolitan Park in National Landing.

Wellness @ the Museum + Innovation Studio

Sound Baths @ Museum

3rd + 4th Saturdays / May 17 + 24 / 2pm

$22 per person. Registration required.

Join us for this lovely and relaxing event where experienced facilitators use a variety of sound instruments, including chimes, crystal quartz, and tibetan sound bowls, to bathe you in beautiful sounds as you lay or sit comfortably through the event.

Gentle Yoga in the Galleries @ Museum

Mondays / 6:30pm-7:30pm

$10-$20. Registration required.

Gentle Yoga Registration

Unwind and invite balance in this flowing, gentle yoga class. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a gentle practice suitable for all levels on Monday nights in the beautiful Tiffany Gallery. Start your week on a positive note.

Bring your own mat, a journal, and wear comfortable clothing. No late entry.

Tai Chi @ Museum

Tuesdays / 9:30am

Free. Registration not required.

Join community members for a free, 30-min tai chi practice sponsored by Arlington Neighborhood Village and hosted at the museum.

When the weather is nice, meet the group outdoors in the park by the museum's parking lot.

1st Wednesdays / 10am

Free Your Mind Yoga Registration

Our thoughts are with our community members who may have recently lost their jobs or suffered other losses. Join us for a free restorative and revitalizing yoga practice.

Thanks to our friends at Rossana, registered participants will also receive a complementary cold brew coffee or small drip coffee from their coffee truck in the Museum’s parking lot. Redeemable before or after class from 7am to 12pm.

Morning Yoga in the Galleries @ Museum

Saturdays / 11am-12pm*

$10-$20. Registration required.

Saturday Yoga Registration

Yoga in the Galleries is a 60-minute yoga session designed to inspire and uplift. Hosted in the beautiful Tiffany Gallery every Saturday morning, you will be invited to move your body towards a presence with your inner creative. At the end of each flowing session, you will be invited to journal, doodle, draw or meditate.

Participants should bring their own mat, water bottle, and notebook with writing utensil. No late entry.

Host your private or corporate event at MoCA Arlington!

The Museum of Contemporary Art Arlington makes a unique backdrop for a variety of events, including corporate meetings, client events, cocktail receptions, private dinners, small weddings, retirement celebrations, memorial services, and birthday parties. We welcome events for groups of 10 to 200 guests.
