This year’s theme delves into the balance between human activity and Earth’s biodiversity, exploring both the harm caused and efforts to restore it.

Students are invited to create conceptual works in contemporary forms: sculpture, mixed media, installation, fiber art, video, audio, interactive, and performance art. Inspired by artists such as El Anatsui and Nick Cave to name a few notable artists, we welcome both individual and collaborative works that reflect our evolving relationship with nature.

Current Exhibition

ColleCTomania is an exhilarating exhibition displaying over 140 Swiss posters from the renowned collector Tom Strong. Strong is a New Haven, Connecticut-based graphic designer, photographer and collector who has spent over 60 years amassing, displaying, sharing and living amongst his archive. The exhibition, curated by Pamela Hovland and Karen Salsgiver, includes a widely diverse range of posters from the 1930s to the present. The show closes on Sunday, December 29th.
