4 PM - Ceremonial Keg Tap & Social Hour (Community Center) (Compliments of the Oktoberfest Committee)
4 PM - Pumpkin Contest Weigh- in Deadline. (Begins Monday September 18th at New Leipzig Grain).
5 - 7 PM - FleischKnoepla Meal served in the Community Center. (Proceeds go to the NL Town & Country Boosters- Oktoberfest).
5 PM - 12 AM - Biergarten (B & L Lounge) opens in the Community Center.
7 PM - 8:30 PM - B-I-N-G-O in the Community Center.
7 PM - 12 AM - Sweets & Meats Food Truck  serving on Main Street.
8:30 PM - Bonfire at north end of Main Street.
9 PM - 12 AM - Dance *Broken Spokes* playing in the Community Center (Sponsored by the Oktoberfest Committee).

Saturday September 23, 2023
7 AM- 12AM - Sweets & Meats Food Truck on Main Street.
8 AM- 10 AM - Kilzer Financial Service PC Open House
8 AM - 5K Walk/Run Registration at the Community Center.
8:30 AM - 5K Walk/Run begins.
9:30 AM - 10 AM - Photo Contest set-up in the Community Center (Categories: People, Animals, Scenery).
9 AM - 2:30 PM - This n’ That Vendor Show opens in the Ambulance Hall (Junk fest, Crafts, Farmers Market, Home-Based Business vendors, Everything In-Between).
10 AM - Popper's Kettle corn on Main Street.  
10:30 AM - Grand Parade/Kiddie Parade.
11 AM - Outdoor Toilet races on Main Street immediately following the parade.
11 AM - Photo Contest Judging Begins in the Community Center.
11 AM - 2 PM - Food Booths open in the Community Center.
11 AM - 12 AM - Biergarten (B & L Lounge) opens in the Community Center.
11 AM - 3 PM - Classic Car Show located North of Heath's Service Center (North Main Street).
12 PM - 3PM- *Kyle Wells* performing- Community Center.
1 PM - 4 PM - Museum is open.
1 PM - Cow Pie Bingo- B & L Lounge Parking Lot.
1 PM - Rubber Duck race.
1 PM - Redneck Golf (baseball field).
1 PM - 6th Annual Tractor Trek (in Memory of Clarence W. Stelter).
1:30 PM - Kids Games, Activities and Treasure Hunt. * Special Thank You to the Flasher Commercial Club & Nola Schafer *
2 PM - Turtle Races.
2:30 PM - Pedal Tractor Pull.
3 PM - 4 PM - Dunk-A- Fireman (behind Dakota Community Bank & Trust, NA).
4 PM - Back Seat Driver Competition on Main Street.
5 PM - 7 PM - New Leipzig Fireman’s Pit BBQ Supper in the Community Center (to go meals available at the Community Center).
7:30 PM - Announcements for  Photo Contest, 50-50 raffle ticket, Cow Pie Bingo, Classic Car/ Pickup Show, Fall Decor Residential & Business (People's Choice) and Yard of the Year winners announced in the Community Center.
8:30 PM - 12 AM - Dance *Dirty Word* playing in the Community Center (Sponsored by the Oktoberfest Committee).

Sunday September 24, 2023
8 AM - 1 PM - Sweets & Meats on Main Street.
10:30 AM - All-Faith Worship Service at the Ebenezer UCC Church (Offering designated to the New Leipzig Ambulance & New Leipzig Fire Department.)
12 PM - Lunch at Ebenezer UCC Church (Free Will Offering).
1 PM - Horse & Carriage Rides & Games at Ebenezer UCC Church
