Vaping and Marijuana:
What Is the Impact On Our Lungs?
Thursday, March 9th

In collaboration with Stamford Health: Connecticut's recent legalization of marijuana and growing popularity of vaping can have significant impacts on our lung health. Join Dr. Michael Bernstein, Associate Director for Pulmonary and Critical Care at Stamford Hospital, for a presentation on potential side effects and facts that we need to know. Register here

The experience of growing up with a sibling who has a disability is characterized by unique joys and challenges. Join Dr. Julie Wolf, a licensed clinical psychologist and Associate Professor of Clinical Child Psychology at the Yale Child Study Center, to learn how to ensure that these unique needs of siblings are met.

Let's explore cultures, traditions and holidays through crafting. Holi, the festival of colors, is one of the two most important festivals in the Hindu year. This take & make will include materials needed to make a paper pichkari (water syringe).

Confidence Club is an 8-week facilitated discussion group that creates a brave space for girls, who meet with a professional mentor to share concerns & interests. The curriculum-based program builds social emotional intelligence & self-esteem, the building blocks of a confident leader. 

Sessions run on Thursdays, from March 2nd to April 20th. Co-sponsored with LiveGirl.
