Therapy Dog Storyhour @ SMI

Visit us for a special storytime with Charlie the Therapy Dog! During the hour we will read a story and learn about therapy dogs and how they make a difference. Kids will be able to ask questions and meet the pup.

Head to Smith Library the 2nd Saturday of every month to experience music, movement, and stories for 5 year olds and under! Every month will have a different theme to keep you engaged.
STEAM Train @ ATW

for ages 2 to 5 | a drop-in event
STEAM is short for Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. STEAM activities are an excellent opportunity to introduce these concepts and promote skills that can set you up for creative, scientific, and collaborative thinking. So, get ready to get hands-on with a series of DIY stations at Atwater Library.

It's a Winter Celebration @ SMI

Stop by the Smith Library during your winter break as we transform the children's space into a winter wonderland. During this event a very popular Snow Queen will appear which will lead to singing, dancing and snacking. We hope to see you there.

In this session we will dive into structural engineering by creating your own pop up cards. This product requires a lot of accuracy to create an eye catching result, so get ready to measure, fold, cut and paste.
