Bavarian Bites

- Bratwurst: Bratwurst simmered in beer, grilled, and topped with with caramelized onion, sauerkraut and brewhouse mustard, served on a potato bun.
- Kielbasa: Flame grilled kielbasa on a stick, served with mustard and a side of sauerkraut.
- Flammkuchan (German Flatbread): Grilled flat bread with white garlic cream sauce, mozzarella, caramelized onion, and bacon. Vegetarian version available upon request.
- Honey Mustard Chicken Skewer: Grilled chicken thigh skewers glazed with honeycomb mustard glaze and served with a side of Rotkohl.
- Rotkohl (German Red Cabbage): Braised red cabbage with onion and apple.
- Caramel Apple Bar: Granny Smith apple chunks and custard in granola’d shortbread, drizzled with a sweet caramel sauce.

Munich Munchies

- Käsespätzle: Spaetzel (egg noodles) served with beer cheese and crispy onion.
- Potato Cakes: Fried potato cakes served with your choice of applesauce or sour cream.
