Pierogies – Topped with kielbasa, herbs, apples and bacon
Bratwurst Skewer – Pepper, onion and potato with a creamy brew pub mustard
Loaded German Potato Bake – Potato, cheese, onion and bacon
OMA’s Walnuts and Raisins Coleslaw
German Chocolate Cake – Chocolate cake made with caramel, pecans and walnuts covered with coconut icing
Black Forest Cake – Layered chocolate cake with cherries and whipped cream frosting

Munich Munchies

Sauerbraten (German Pot Roast) with Mashed Potatoes – Slow cooked marinated beef roast served over mashed potatoes
German Crispy Bake Chicken Drumsticks – Marinated in olive oil, paprika powder, curry powder, garlic, salt, fresh rosemary leaves, ketchup and honey
