RibFest:

The Rockin' Ribfest is part of the One Way Festival -
A day of christian unity, with food, live music, ribs and family.    
Food and ribs for eating will be available for purchase, entry to event is FREE.
This is an family friendly, non-alcoholic event!
Come spend the day cooking ribs by the lake on beautiful

Entry Fee: Early bird entry fee $75 - Day of the event entry fee $100  (includes 6 racks to be smoked)

Prizes: 1st Place = $1,000; 2nd Place = $500; People's Choice = $300

Ribs: St. Louis Style will be provided 6 racks minimum please

Judging: at 4:00 pm.  Ribs will be served shortly there after until gone.
