Arts and Entertainment

June 21, 2024

From: Orchestra Lumos

Our upcoming season – a boldness and uniqueness not seen before!

Dear Friends,

We are delighted to announce a most audacious program for music lovers across Fairfield County!

Each program centers around a core theme, led by a host - a prominent writer, artist, or activist, -who will add richness and context to your concert experience.

We continue to bring you amazing and illustrious soloists.  These stellar names include the acclaimed pianist Jeffrey Kahane, his equally talented son, the composer and vocalist Gabriel Kahane, and in a very special performance that will close our calendar in May, the incomparable Yo-Yo Ma, a true global figure and the pre-eminent classical musician of our time.

The full concert schedule is listed below.  We look forward to welcoming you next season!

Toy Story is a fantastic fun-filled journey, viewed mostly through the eyes of two rival toys—Woody, the lanky, likable cowboy, and Buzz Lightyear, the fearless space ranger.

The toys find themselves on a hilarious adventure-filled mission where the only way they can survive is to form an uneasy alliance.
