From: Oregon Truffle FestivalDear Friends,
We are very pleased to offer a fresh batch of truffle events during the 2023 Oregon Truffle Festival—just in time for the holidays!
On February 3 through 5, the festival will return to the northern Willamette Valley after a two-year hiatus. We are thrilled to collaborate with our tourism partners and offer lodging packages with The Dundee Hotel and Lifestyle Properties.
As for events, tickets are now available for Truffles and Bubbles Sparkling Dinner on Friday, February 3 at Domaine Willamette and Truffle Feast in the Chehalem Mountains at Adelsheim Vineyard on Saturday, February 4. A limited number of tickets are available for these two dinners, so book your seats soon!
For those interested in joining us for our Truffle Homecoming Weekend at Oregon State University in mid-February, we have added a few tickets for the Truffle Homecoming Dinner on Saturday, February 18, and will be adding a dinner with Castor Restaurant in Corvallis on Saturday, February 17. We still have tickets available for our biggest Fresh Truffle Marketplace yet, happening on Sunday, February 19. For guests interested in staying the weekend, we have partnered with the Hilton Garden Inn, conveniently located on campus.
We only have a few tickets available for our two-day Truffle Farming A to Z, February 16 &17. If you're interested in growing truffles on your property, or if you simply want a deeper dive into the world of truffles, this is the workshop for you!
Earlier in the truffle season, budding truffle dogs of all shapes and sizes will converge in Eugene for The Joriad North American Truffle Dog Championship on Saturday, January 28.
Be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates on festival chefs, vendors, and collaborators.
Wishing you the very merriest of holidays from all of us at OTF!
