From: City Of Chino HillsPassport services at Chino Hills City Hall will not be available from Monday, December 12 through Monday, January 2, 2023. Passport services will resume Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Alternate passport processing locations can be found at www.travel.state.gov.
At other times, passport services are provided in the City Clerk’s Office on the second floor at City Hall, 14000 City Center Drive. Passport acceptance services are by appointment only which can be made online at www.chinohills.org/Passports. Appointments are available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on Tuesdays, and from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays. Customers should be ready with a completed application and the necessary documentation at their scheduled appointment time, or they may be required to reschedule the appointment.
