Story Times at the Sachse Library
Each week, families are invited to join us for Story Times at the Sachse Public Library.
From now until Tuesday, March 14, the Library will host a new Family Story Time on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m. for all ages. The Library will also host a Toddler Story Time each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. for children ages 18 months to 3 years, followed by a Preschool Story Time on Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. for children ages 3-5. Finally parents of babies up to 18 months can join us for a special Baby Bounce story time on Fridays at 10:30 a.m.
Each of our weekly Story Times feature age-appropriate books, songs, rhymes, and other activities for children and parents. We hope to see you soon!
Pick up a Blind Date with a Book!
Starting Wednesday, February 1 through Tuesday, February 14, library visitors can pick up a Blind Date with a Book.
Blind Dates with a Book are gift-wrapped books, which you can check out at the Library's front desk before opening it up to discover what book your date will be. Separate displays of Blind Dates will be available for adults and teens.
Give a Blind Date with a Book a shot this year, and maybe you'll discover a new author or genre you enjoy!
