This six-course dinner features The Plot culinary leaders Davin Waite, Lydia Ornelas, and Travis Roe. The Plantscape series creates the opportunity for them to present a playful, innovative and exciting array of courses featuring ingredients sourced locally and regeneratively (many from their own garden). They highlight techniques such as total utilization and dry aging, while embracing the comforting yet boundary-pushing creations our team is known for. Expect a delicious, satisfying meal that is creative and inspiring.

Biodynamic and responsibly sourced wines as well as a house cocktail utilizing byproducts from The Plot’s kitchen and garden.

Long before becoming a culinary hotspot, Little Italy was home to generations of Italian families who made their living as fishermen. Nowadays, it’s a melting pot of old-world charm and modern-day flair. Come along for the ride as we whisk you away on an epicurean adventure in Little Italy. Explore the streets and feast your eyes on iconic Italian-American landmarks while also indulging your taste buds in the diverse culinary scene. You’ll sip on artisan cocktails at rooftop bars, sample brews at local breweries, and taste the flavors of the world at culturally infused restaurants. This three-hour walking tour is a feast for all your senses.

Taste the magic behind the making of a chef. An incredible lineup of chefs will take you on a journey through the places, people, and cuisine that have laid the foundation for who they are today. Featuring six courses, each inspired by a secret family recipe, this dinner will raise money for Bad Boyz of Culinary to provide guest of honor and culinary apprentice, Rasonte Parsons from Barbados, with innovative prosthetics which allow for culinary equipment attachments to propel her on her journey of becoming a chef.

Indulge your palate and remember the night by being the special guest who purchases a bottle of a limited-edition, signed bottle of Bad Boyz of Culinary’s exclusive 5+ years aged 100 proof bourbon, a special collaboration with StoryHouse Spirits. There is only one bottle available for sale at this special fundraising dinner.

This is a fundraiser for Bad Boyz of Culinary. All proceeds will be donated to provide prosthetic body moment hooks with culinary equipment attachments for Rasonte Parsons, a culinary apprentice of Bad Boyz of Culinary.

Using advanced deductive tasting methods utilized by wine professionals and sommeliers, this blind tasting masterclass will walk through sensory perception utilizing the Court of Master Sommeliers systematic approach to assessing vintage, varietal, and region without the influence of the label. Taste alongside the pros and put your blind tasting skills to the test. Can you beat the sommelier.

3:30 PM - 5:00 PM : Who’s Your Pappy Van Winkle

Do you consider yourself a whiskey connoisseur? Take a seat in what will be one of the most coveted events during this year’s Fest. In addition to learning all about the history and origins of Bourbon in the United States, the production methods, and the art of the craft, you will taste through a flight of six premium whiskeys including the elusive Pappy Van Winkle 23 (a pour will run you around $299).

“If God made Bourbon, this is what he’d make,” said chef Anthony Bourdain in a 2012 episode of The Layover.
