MASHANTUCKET, Conn. (Jan. 30, 2025) – New eats are on the horizon as Tanger at Foxwoods welcomes Seoul Alley and Yummy Bite to its growing list of dining hotspots. Offering guests more food and drink options, the newly opened eateries complement the outlet shopping destination’s existing restaurants including Auntie Anne’s / Cinnabon, Johnny Rockets, Panda Express, Pokemoto Hawaiian Poke & Boba, Starbucks and more.

Led by veteran New York City chefs, Korean restaurant Seoul Alley is now open at Fox Tower, the outlet destination’s main entrance. Executive Chef Byron Penafiel, Executive Sous Chef Jongjin Oh and General Manager May Cho combine more than 30 years of industry experience to create an innovative culinary destination for guests to connect with family and friends. Offering Korean street food, traditional dishes and Korean-American fusion eats, Seoul Alley’s menu blends diverse ingredients with bold flavors featuring spicy, sweet, savory and umami notes to deliver a delectable offering of soups, stews, salads, chicken wings, stone bowls and more. The 3,000-square-foot eatery features a contemporary, casual dining experience for pre-show dinners or late-night bites.

Yummy Bite is now open across from Eddie Bauer in a 2,300-square-foot location that offers shoppers a convenient and affordable stop for ready-to-eat bites and quick treats. The new café and bakery shop features freshly brewed coffee and a variety of premium teas that pair perfectly with the daily selection of baked goods, kettle corn, ice cream, customizable noodles, macaroni and cheese, other pastas and more options for guests to enjoy. Whether in need of a quick shopping break, a snack in lieu of a sit-down lunch or simply something sweet, Yummy Bite is the new go-to when visiting Southern New England’s preferred shopping destination.
