South Fayette Township has been named a 2023 Allegheny County Banner Community, thanks to an outstanding commitment to professional development, prudent fiscal management, transparency, accountability, and proactive communications to engage community stakeholders.

The recognition program is operated by the Allegheny League of Municipalities, a nonprofit, membership-based association working to foster local government in Allegheny County and Southwestern Pennsylvania.

South Fayette has earned the recognition for six consecutive years.
