"The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision today preserves access to necessary medication for American women across this country. Millions of women have used mifepristone, without issue, for decades. Access to safe abortion and miscarriage management should never be denied by extremists dictating a woman’s right to choose.

In New Jersey, we will continue protecting reproductive freedom and making reproductive healthcare more accessible, especially since the harmful Dobbs decision in 2022. The right to safe and accessible women’s healthcare should be a fundamental guarantee to all women. Following this decision, I hope to see a future where women all across the country have the right to choose."
