SUNCREEK CAFE EVENT MENU

Jägerschnitzel - Thin cut pork cutlet pan fried topped with a robust onion & mushroom gravy. Served with braised red cabbage and German potato salad.

Rouladen- Bacon, onion, mustard and pickles wrapped in thin beef lightly browned, then slow cooked in a rich aromatic gravy. Served with red braised cabbage and warm German potato salad.

Pretzel platter - 1 pretzel ring, 2 pretzel logs, and 6 pretzel bites. Served with beer cheese sauce and mustard.

Potato Cakes - Fresh-made potato cakes pan-seared and served with an apple and cranberry chutney.
