(Oct. 16, 2025) – Tanger Outlets Rehoboth Beach plans to celebrate a howling good time at its second annual Barktober event on Saturday, Oct. 18 from 1 – 3 p.m. The event will feature a PAW-painting station, treat-making station, face painting, music, plenty of photo ops and more! Attendees should keep their pets leashed at all times.
