Just one seat for the N.C. Supreme Court is on the ballot this year, and there may not be a larger contrast between two candidates. Simply put, Conservative Jefferson Griffin will follow the law, and Liberal Allison Riggs won’t.

Conservative Jefferson Griffin is an originalist judge, proud Army National Guard Captain, and has been elected by the people of North Carolina to his current position.

Liberal Allison Riggs spent her legal career at a radical left-wing nonprofit working under Anita Earls before moving through North Carolina’s appellate courts via partisan patronagefrom our outgoing lame duck Governor.

Conservative Jefferson Griffin has authored over 200 appellate opinions, is endorsed by Sheriffs across North Carolina, and has served as both a prosecutor and District Court Judge.

Liberal Allison Riggs SUED the State of North Carolina to stop Voter ID (even calling it racist), has no law enforcement endorsements, and is funded by out of state special interest groups.

The choice before North Carolina voters is simple: do you want to elect a proven conservative or a radical liberal to the Supreme Court?

"Conservative Judge Jefferson Griffin has the experience and temperament to decide the important issues that come before our state's highest court. Liberal Allison Riggs has promised to legislate from the bench and has shown she will place partisan gains above the rule of law," said NCGOP Communications Director Matt Mercer.
