12:00pm - Community Harmony

Duxbury Senior Center, 10 Mayflower Street, Duxbury

As part of its commitment to the community, South Shore Conservatory presents an annual summer concert in partnership with the Duxbury Senior Center. This special lunch-and-learn program will feature cellist Sophie Shao and Duxbury Music Festival Artistic Director and pianist Stephen Deitz, performing works by Bach and Fauré.

Lunch at 11:30 am, followed by the concert beginning at 12:00pm.

Sunday, July 14

7:00pm - French Connection

Ellison Center for the Arts, 64 St. George Street, Duxbury

The 2024 season kicks off with a collaboration between artists from Duxbury Music Festival and Summer Music Festival. Building on a tradition that first took shape in 2021, they come together this summer for a concert of French and French-inspired works, Debussy’s sublime String Quartet, and Martin?’s La Revue de Cuisine.

7:00pm - Let's Dance!

This dance-inspired program immerses the listener in rhythms and melodies through an expression of music that draws on different styles of movement.
