The Nook Farm Writers Collaborative

Applications for the Summer 2025 Nook Farm Collaborative are now open. This six-week, on-site creative writing program offers Connecticut teens the opportunity to immerse themselves in the life and home of a great American author while learning from talented writers and editors working in the field today. The program comes with an $800 stipend for attendees. Learn more and apply here.

Chip in today to The Mark Twain House & Museum through the Birdies for Charity program! We receive an additional 15% of each dollar we raise, thanks to Webster Bank’s support of the Bonus Bucks Pool. Donate by CLICKING HERE! Launched in 2004, Birdies for Charity provides every 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Connecticut an opportunity to raise awareness for its cause. The program uses the excitement surrounding the Travelers Championship golf tournament to help organizations in communities across the region raise awareness and funds to support our missions.
