From: Town Of BoxboroughThe Town is seeking a qualified individual with excellent customer service, computer and organizational skills. This position provides administrative support to Department of Public Works and Fire Department and other general governmental functions. Along with general clerical responsibilities, duties include preparation of processing various permit applications, bid and grant package preparation, handling public inquiries, website administration, and database management. Work requires independent action, judgment and confidentiality. Candidates should have a minimum of five years in a responsible clerical position. Completion of a standard high school course with business school training is highly desired. Familiarity with statutes, regulations and practices relating to public safety, public works and/or roadways is a plus. Position is a full-time position with an hourly range of $25.26 to $34.82, DOQE. Open until filed.
