Holiday Health Tips
To help you, your family, and your friends enjoy a safe and healthy holiday season, remember to take the following precautions:
Stay at home if you are feeling sick
Get vaccinated against COVID-19 or the flu if you are eligible
Practice good hand hygiene, especially after you sneeze or cough
COVID-19 vaccine appointments can be scheduled here.
Flu vaccine appointments can be scheduled here.
If you test positive for COVID-19 on either a rapid antigen or PCR test, self- isolate at home regardless of your vaccination status. Self-isolation means separating yourself from others to prevent others from getting sick. Self-isolate for at least five (5) days. If your symptoms improve, you can end your isolation on day six (6) but wear a mask around others through day ten (10). You may remove you mask before if you have two (2) negative tests taken 48 hours apart. More information can be found on the State’s website here.
Happy Holidays!
