When you change your clocks - Change your Batteries

Daylight Savings Time begins this Sunday. When you Change Your Clocks, Check your Alarms! If your Smoke Alarms and Carbon Monoxide alarms use alkaline batteries, replace the batteries with fresh ones. Remember to check the manufacturing date printed on the back, too! If a smoke alarm is more than 10 years old, or a CO alarm is more than 5-7 years old, it's time to replace it with a new one that has a sealed, long-life battery.
