MWRA will install a replacement 48-inch water main to meet redundancy goals. Phase 1 will start in May 2022 on Forest Street (Bellevue Ave to Eugene Drive) by the Stoneham line. Traffic in construction zone will be one-lane alternating during work hours.  

Starting in January 2023, the contractor will remobilize to Forest Street and install a temporary water connection over Route 93. Subsequently, work will begin on installation of new connection to Winchester Meter 234 on Forest Street. For Winter 2022-2023, the contractor will be working in the easement between Forest St and Aberjona River
