From: LifeHouse TheaterA Message from Wayne Scott
At this Christmas season a few years ago, a young man was sort of “dragged” by his parents to LifeHouse for a performance of our original musical, “It’s a Wonderful Life.” His mother told me later that he had been experimenting with drugs.
Then, she related some amazing good news.
This teenager was impressed not only with the message of our production, but also with the number of young people his age in our cast of storytellers. If they could get their act together, he thought, why couldn’t he?
His life began to change for the better. Later, he auditioned and won a role in one of our subsequent productions!
We never know who will be in our audiences. But we do know there is continuing impact.
I want to thank you for your attendance and support of LifeHouse Theater. If you would like to join me in working to ensure our outreach remains strong-and haven’t yet joined us in financial partnership-would you please consider a year-end gift?
Isaiah reminds us, “The people who walked in darkness have seen a great Light” (9:2).
As we celebrate “The Light of the World” who arrived as a babe in a manger, I deeply appreciate your help as we strive to be a light in the Inland Empire.
May God richly bless you this Christmas!
