From: Triboro Youth TheatreDear TYT friends and families:
It’s been 2 months since our productions of “Elf, Jr.” and “Little Shop of Horrors” showcased the incredible talent of our young actors. We continue to be thankful for the families who register their actors for our programs, and immensely proud of the work they present to our community.
After a busy fall, we are taking a winter hiatus. A confluence of staff availability and scheduling conflicts with other school activities has made putting together a quality program this winter difficult. While disappointing I know, we are hoping to run some workshops or classes in March/April, but we will not be producing any full-out stage musicals.
That said, as soon as the calendar turns to January something strange happens and families start planning their summer vacations, so I guess it’s time for us to help you with some of that planning…
Summer 2023 … Courage & Creativity

Can you help?
While we’re on a brief hiatus, Triboro Youth Theatre is looking to do some behind-the-scenes work bringing our organization into 2023 with a strong foundation for the future.
Are you an electrician who could help with some small projects in our rehearsal space?
Do you have expertise with website building, social media, and/or technology infrastructure?
Have you coordinated innovative and successful fundraising events?
If the answer to any of the above is “YES” or even “I know someone who could help” - please email [email protected] and let us know!
We are looking forward to an amazing summer here at TYT - and we can’t wait to welcome our actors, their families, and the wider community back into the theatre.
If you haven’t already, follow our social media feeds on Facebook and Instagram to make sure you have all the latest details about what’s happening at Triboro Youth Theatre.
See you at the theatre,
