Schedule:

10am - Announce Winner for the Best Decorated Business Contest.

10:30am - Lineup by the Blackwell Co-op on North Main for Parade!

10:45am-Parade Begins Heading South down Main to the Fairgrounds. -Vendors need to be completely setup and have their vehicles outside in the designated parking areas!

Judging of the Best Decorated Booth Contest begins!

11am - Festival Starts at the Fairgrounds at 800 S Main in Blackwell! -Judging for parade/float contest at Whitman Arena parking area!

11:15am - Blackwell Band Performs in front of the stage at the south end of the Fairgrounds.

11:30am -  Announce the Chalk Art Contest Winner!

12/1pm - Cassy Kendrick Performs from 12/1 at the South end of the Fairgrounds.

12-3pm - Scavenger Hunt and Giveaways Start! Giveaways will be announced in front of the Livestock Building!

-Inspyral Circus will also be here from 12-3 p.m!

1:15-2:15pm - Blackwell Choir performs located at the south end of the Fairgrounds!

2:30 - 4pm Blackwell Elementary 3rd-5th grade performs located at the stage on the south end of the Fairgrounds!

4pm - Festival Ends!
